ROW consists of a row of holographic projectors that create a unique audiovisual experience. This installation is not only a work of art but also an infrastructure for creatives to play with. It’s a perfect example of how you can use technology in an innovative way to create something completely new.

The St. Petersburg artistic collective TUNDRA experiments with simple ways of structuring data. From mathematics to twelve notes of the chromatic scale in music. The rows of data floating in the air every second are turned into messages and votes.

ROW is a modular and scalable array of screens that can create lines of different lengths of any shape to create a unique audiovisual experience. Through the correct positioning, the environment, and the perfect use of technology, the designers create the illusion that the light objects are located in the space as physical volumes. This data-driven installation is not only a work of art, it is also an infrastructure for artists and creatives to experiment with. The technique TUNDRA uses here is a source of inspiration for how we can visualize complex data in the future.

An immersive audiovisual holographic show in which the space around you fills with dots, lines and patterns of light and sound.
